Default Anyone running Comp 284S cam?

Anyone here running Com Cams 284s solid flat tappet cam?
I was considering swapping out my 274XE cam for it possibly or something similiar.
This brings me to my next question: What would I need to do my '74 heads(rail rockers) in order to make it an adjustable valvetrain? I think somone mentioned that Comp Cams makes spacers or something that's placed under rocker arm nuts that will make them adjustable or will I need to have screw in studs, guide plates and hardened pushrods?
