Winter is once again killing me. I am getting really sick of it. We got hit with a ton of snow early, so my Stang went into hiding early. I went for a ride today even though the roads were a little damp. It sucks. My 275 Drag Radials won't even hook from a 45 punch when it's dry. I also can't find a single race to save my life. I really miss those warm summer nights with the T-tops off and the bottle open. I could get 10 races a day if I tried, and now I just warm it up every couple of days to keep the battery alive. The only thing I have to look forward to is the S-trim sitting in my basement. At least the blower has the drag launch kit to keep it company. I just have to make it another month and a half, then I can start lighting up the street racing forum again. sniff, sniff, sniff,... ------------------ 1988 Mustang GT 12.0 @ 121 on radials S-trim Vortech sitting in a box!

I feel your pain fella's... My beater died last week forcing me to drive my stang. And naturally last Friday's snow storm hit while I was driving home from London, Ont. Not fun when it took me 3 1/2 hours to drive from there to my home near Leamington, which is normally 1 hour 45 minutes. But at least I made it not like some people in their SUV's.

I guess no one really wants to hear that I live in North Carolina, and the weather is actually decent. Although, the Cobra has gone to the body shop for her @$$ transplant. She got hit in the rear quarter in Nov, and the insurance comp. just now got around to paying me. I guess you guys have it worse than me, but at least you value your cars more after winter, if that is a consulation. ------------------ 1989 GT- Vortech blown 306, Anderson 3" power pipe, Vortech S-Trim 14# boost, MSD-6BTM, black wrinkle finish Cobra valve covers(woohoo), world class T-5, 3.55 gears, custom sub-frame connectors, Cobra grille insert and rear valance, Saleen "whale" wing, 4 wheel disc conversion, 11.1@124 1994 Cobra- MAC cold air fender kit, Motorsport underdrive pulley's, MAC 21/2" off-road H pipe, SVO mufflers, 3.73 gears, E-303 c

I used to feel the pain; grew up in Minnesota and have visited the in-laws in Montreal so I "knew" winter. Its pretty mild in the Mid-Atlantic states. Hang in there!
