I see on here people are always saying the 99-01 heads are better then the 96-98. Anyone know what the difference is and do the have the same cams? (4.6 2V)

The PI heads, cam, and intake are all different from what the older 4.6-2V motors have. I know that the PI heads have bigger valves, and I think they also reworked the ports and valve angles, but I can't remember the details.
