				 | BLOWER GUYS--car noses over at WOT I just got my car back together today. I have the NOVI 1000 on my motor now. I just got rid of the FMU, and went with 36 pound injectors with out it. I also have no custom chip yet either. The car runs great part throttle, and even idles halfway decent. But as soon as I reach around 2/3 throttle it just noses over and kinda sputters like it is having a temper tantrum. Then as soon as I let of the gas, it runs fine. for timing I am running 20 degrees with no spout, no boost retard, and a tank of Sunoco 110 race gas. It is running very rich, and turning my plugs nice and black. Any help would be great. Rob Shackleton |

				 | I think rbatson's right, try gapping them at .030". Hopefully it's as simple as that.

				 | I had them gapped at .035. I had a chip burned for it and it helped a lot. www.detroitspeedworks.com did it for me. some people might remember Turbolx from this board? It is him. His wide band is busted, so he gave me a "guess" chip and just took out 4.5% fuel @ WOT. When he gets his wide band fixed, i'll have it tuned on the dyno.

				 | if none of those fix your problems, then i have said this about a thousand times on this site, check your mass air sensor, i have had them go bad on three of my mustangs. when you go any farther than 3/4 throttle it falls on its face, but at 1/2 throttle it will revv all theway up just fine. just a suggestion, this might not be your prob. though. |
