![]() When installing a line lock solenoid, does the solenoid need to be mounted lower than the master cylinder? I have mine above and having trouble getting a good hard pedal. I have been told that there is air in the lines. Could this be the cause? All I get oput of each wheel when I bleed is fluid though? Any thoughts would be helpful.

![]() Hey, check out Jeff Chambers' site. Go to 'Tech Articles' section then 'Linelok Install'. That may help you.

![]() I've had mine both higher and lower and it doesn't make a bit of difference. When the LL isn't engaged, its passing fluid pressure straight through so if there's air in the line, you should be able to bleed it out normally. If you've got a soft pedal, I'd double-check your plumbing to make sure you haven't swapped something at the proportioning valve.
