I lifted all through highschool, stopped in january actually. I'm not a big guy though, as you already know. Maybe I'll start again when they're done renovating the fieldhouse, I swear right now the freeweights are reserved for the football team every day except friday from 6pm-9pm.

TONY, what do you do to workout you trapezius'? I want to build mine up pretty big, I usually do a lot of shoulder shrugs which seems to help some, but not enough. Anybody else take Whey Protein?

I don't have any pics to post but I've been lifting half my life. I've had to cut back quite a bit the last year or so since my second kid was born. Just can't spend 1.5-2 hours a day in the gym like I used to. Once we get set up in our new house I'd like to convert half the basement into a gym. Anybody out there have a good home set-up?

A couple of years ago guys would post about supplements and work-outs. What worked and what didn't.

Oh BTW. When my wife was liftin' she'd kick all yer butts!
