I bought the transgo shift kit the other day, and then I spoke with a tranny guy and he said, I should NOT install it, because the stock tranny components wont hold up to the new higher pressure and hard shifting. I had just had the tranny rebuilt in the summer, and i was a retard for not having the tranny shop install the kit then, I dunno why I didnt. But here I am and I want to get this thing shifting harder and higher. So what do you all think. Anyone have the kit and have problems? It's not an all-out race kit or anything.

I had the kit installed on my AOD over the summer. So far I have had no problems with it. The tranny also shifts much quicker and harder.
