				 | Which rearend and which Tranny I am Building a 351W SVO with AFR 185 or 205 heads. Trick flow intake. Novi 2000 blower. It will be a street car. Should I put a 9 in or 8.8in rearend. I am looking at 3.55 or 3.73 gears. I want a six speed Transmission. Who makes a 6 speed tranny that can handle 700+ torque?

				 | I would definitely go with a 9 inch rear and 3.55 gears. I think Richmond makes a stout 6 speed. That car will be a beast

				 | I am just sick of doing work on my buddies Cobras. I want a fast car. Something that can beat a ricer. I want to do work on my car. Have something to be proud of. What type of HP you guys think I can get from this set up?

				 | Dark 5.0 hit the nail on the head here....OVERKILL! You say that you want a Mustang that can beat a ricer, well, I gotta tell you that a properly built 351W with all the goodies AND a Novi 2000 blower with the wick turned up a little will absolutely SCREAM. Are you sure you want to go to this extreme and cost? Plus, I think that with this much power you could easily start to move towards a track only type of car. There are many other options that will net you one hell of a fast street car that will smoke over 99% of cars on the road for a lot less. JMO. E

				 | A friend has a 5.0 that is totally redone and has trickflow heads and GT 40 intake and nitrous. He has alot more but that is the best that I came remember. A guy down the road has a 1998 Saleen s351 clone that after he blew the engie he souped it up. It has like 17 lbs of booast. It has just around 600hp. I just want to be different. All the engines I have rebuild of my own have be v-6s. I want to do a real engine. I want to be able to beat all these people. I just think it will be fun. How much HP do you think you could get out of a set up like I want to do.

				 | The setup I am looking at is 351W with AFR 205cc heads Port and polished. Trickflow Intake. not sure what cam or what ignition. I than plan to use a Paxton Novi 2000 blower with over 10 lbs boost. I was looking at buying one of Wyanne speeds AFR 351W compition long blocks but note sure of their quilty.
