head swap... will my headers fit ?
im going from gt40 Y heads to AFR 185's will my headers bolt right up to my AFRs? thanks guys

1990 Mustang GT Engine- 308 (bored .40 over) Probe Forged pistons (10.5:1), Scat forged crank and rods, w/Main Girdle, AFR 185 heads, GT-40 intake, CSI electric water pump. AC delete kit, No smog pump, Manual rack and pinion steering. Ignition- MSD 6AL, MSD Blaster coil, MSD hellicore wires. Drive Train- Tremic 3550, Alum. Drive shaft, 3:73 gears, Stock carrier and axels. 26X11.5 M/T Et streets. Power adder- 175 shot of laughing gas. Best ET 11.5 @120mph on squeeze, 12.4 @109mph on muscle (on gt40 heads) on the 185 heads ... ??? tba |

I think you're OK, but double check with AFR. Not sure if they raised the exhaust port on the 185's or not. That'd be the only reason your headers won't fit.
On a side note, that stock T5 (In your signature) isn't going to put up with that for too long. 3rd gear synchro's are gonna head south on you soon, if they haven't already.

Well that's WAAAAY better! You can even get the G Force goodies for that box. Wish they made good stuff for my TKO
