				 | Stock Clutch Cable-vs Aftermarket I replaced my stock cable, qaudrant, and installed a firewall adjustable adapter and Im not really pleased with the result the cable has never been the same its twice as hard to get the clutch pedal down ive tried adjusting it and I just cant get it right. I heard the stock cable setup is fine, i'm building a 347 for my car with a SPEC II clutch and this is my daily driver and I dont do any serious racing just maybe goto the track a few times a year to get in some runs for fun, so what do you think I should do just replaced it with a stock cable setup?

				 | I just worked on a Saleen SR351 at our shop. Took out the aftermarket clutch cable, left the aftermarket quadrant. Put back in the stock cable, along with the firewall adjuster. Use "Never Seeze" to lube the quadrant where the cable rides, and presto! A nice feeling, reliable clutch system.

				 | Yea I mine broke and I went into a craze for aftermarket parts but im never going to fine tune or mess with this thing I just want a reliable self adjusting system for my car since like I said before its my daily so I think i'll just re install the stock cable and just keep my aftermarket quad. thanks guys

				 | First notch is for stock cable, second notch is for adjustable cable, third notch is for firewall adjuster. Get her hooked up, you'll see which one you need. My Steeda is the same way.

				 | Im pretty sure its on the middle one, I have a BBK cable with UPR firewall adjuster and that thing did not want to stay hooked on for nothing when I first installed it everytime I went to press down the clutch pedal it would snap off so thats why im kinda nervous to mess with it.
