Post Tokico Illumina question....

Hey Guys,
Does anyone know what the adjuster on a Tociko Illumina does? Ive been running them for a while, and know how to use the adjustments to adjust the understeer/oversteer at the autocrosses, but
I just don't know what the adjustment does? Is it compression? Rebound? Or both at the same time?

Ken
