Well I can't answer all your questions, but I'll do what I can.
You'd probably pick up a few hp with a 70mm throttle body. I'd get a 73mm Pro-M mass-air Yes Cobra, springs will fit on a GT Yes high-flow cat's quitein the the car down. And yes you will lose some ET A set of 24lb/hr injectors would be nice
