Question Response

I have a couple of questions.
What can i do to have a more responsive throttle? I have an Accel Ignition but i need new plugs which will be goin gon this weekend.
And your battery gauge? I know mine sits about in the middle, my car does have a short somewhere , since you turn the lights on and sometimes the dash lights go out, or turn the wipers on and the battery gauge drops to rock bottom then back and so on.
I have just been thinking maybe some of this electrical problems are not letting my car reach its potential..
Or maybe i am just guessing..
Thanks
