let me start by apologizing for my terminology because i am not entirely sure how to word this. after installing an 02 bullitt engine into my 98GT, everything seems to be okay except for one thing. when i place her under heavy load she seems to be missing something. she wants to let loose but it almost sounds like a misfire. many other mustang owners say it sounds like a timing issue. i have a few questions that i am having trouble finding answers to. was there a change in the offset for top dead center between the 98GTs and the 02 Bullitt? how about a change in the firing order? would a custom chip solve this issue? any help is appreciated.
