![]() Hi, i have a 97 Gt vert and i'm looking towards getting a used cobra...i'm 17 and have limited funds...
i am thinking from a 98-2002 cobra... probably 98 or 99.......there is pretty much only a slight performance difference between them right? edmunds.com says that the 98 zero to sixty is 5.4 seconds.....it is 305 hp at 5800 and 300trq at 4800......and it says the 99 is zero to sixty in 5.5 seconds.......it is 320 hp at 6000 and 317 at 4750... how is that possible that the 98 is supposedly faster with lower trg and hp numbers.....w/e... also wat is the stock 1/4 mile times for the 98 and 99 cobras? i really want a dohc engine........anyways thanks for all who will help me out with their opinions...please also include an average price for each of these vehicles........... maybee i should wait till 05 and get a sick as NEW model cobra or stang......true speed then.....and jaguar/lincoln suspension and handling....not bad.... bye |
