Not exactly a mechanical problem but it is in a mustang!
Well i was putting my cd player in my 89 gt and (it was already in a car and i just stuck wires together but they were the right ones) after awhile of playing the cd the player will display HEAT and i cannot play a cd however i can play a radio.. this sux a mean one cause i want a cd player but it gets to hot and i know it isn't the tranny heat cause i have insulated that.
