He wants the kill switch so that he can run from the cops if they catch him street racing or anything else illegal.
Fleeing from the police in Pa. carries an automatic 6 month suspension and $500 fine. I don't know where you're from or your state laws about fleeing cops but it can't be good. Is it really worth it?? You want to risk fines and suspensions just to be able to beat "Joe Schmo" down the street??
