				 |  Re: Bad...no, Very Bad Drivers Maybe the out-of-staters drive slower because they fear being targeted for speeding by the local cops.  It happens.  Being unfamiliar with the roads and where things are will slow you down, too. I doubt it's a conspiracy meant to annoy you.
