Engine and trans should work. The rear end, i believe, will be a bit too wide. The disc brakes will work. You'll have to swap the tie-rods out. Plus the other steering stuff probably wont work. Check out mustangsplus.com for parts numbers and stuff. Do a google search for "mustang disc brake swap" and you'll find tons of articles on it. Also, do a search on the forums, you'll find tons of old post about this same topic. Good luck.
