Default Broke my clutch cable, which one should I get?

I don't want to get a cheap part store cable as I've heard they break a lot.
In the latest Summit catalog in the Mustang section they have a Zoom cable and Quadrant for $70 and it says it's fully adjustable but I see no firewall adjuster?
The BBK combo with F.wall adj. is $125
I'd rather save the few bucks as the car budget is depleted, but I only want to do this once.

Whose cables and quadrants do you guys like?
Should I take out the seat before I even try to get up in there, and is it really that hard to change out the quad.??
