I just did this swap myself, it cost me around 2k, but it was 100% worth it. All this are for an auto, manual will be different.

You will need
Complete EFI motor
Tranny
Fuel pump
dash harness and engine harness
Computer
Fuel lines
Cooling fan
Radiator
Driveshaft
Rear end (7.5" will work, i'm keeping mine in until i get gears in it)
Springs
Shifter w/cable
Starter, Alternator, Power steering, A/C, Smog pump.
Air cleaner assembly w/mass air
o2 sensor and o2 sensor harness
belts, hoses, nuts, bolts, etc..

Its an easy swap, everything bolts right in, at least it did with my '93 (blew the 2.3L POS up)
I can help you out with the swap if you decide to do it, its a real wakeup when you have that 5.0 sitting under your hood.

------------------
'93 notch converted to a 5.0
AOD, off road H-Pipe, 2 1/2 inch flows, 3.73's, 155 lph pump, K&N, Alum. driveshaft, B&M flexplate. No ET with the 5.0 yet.
