Talking How can I get more out of my 6-cyl

Howdy from the Lone Star State...I have a '96 Mustang Convertible, however it seems like its not accelerating like it should. Ive had it for bout a year and a half, and I was never completely convinced that this was all it could do. My roomie has one just like it and it picks up really nice. Ive just recently had a tune up. While I was in the shop they also replaced the Mass air flow sensor, and the crankshaft pulley. I also had the injectors cleaned out. I admit I know zero bout cars. Id appreciate any cues that would help my little pony.....thanks ya'll.......... ))
