Post door glass for 69 convertible

I need a door glass for my 69 convertible.Ive found a 70 coupe door glass in the local junkyard priced right.Are the two windows interchangeable.
Also Ive thought about swapping the 302 for a 460. I understand that header clearance is an issue. Ive priced headers for this swap at 650. Call me crazy but I cant bring myself to pay 650 for headers and am interested in other solutions aside from cutting. Thanks
