I don't think it's ethical for that.... children are children... at that age they will mess around testing! Lord knows I did! Unless it's a serious act of sexual misconduct, I think that's bull$hit. They need to get a grip it seems. I'd hate to live in that town! They need to take a step back and re-evaluate.
