14.4 for an LS1? That is horrible, horible driving. I run a consistent 13.4 all stock, right down to the stock filter, and yes it's an auto. What is this crap about just racing up to third, and then turning around?
 And this guy isn't going to launch, he's just what...going to take off real slow? I don't understand......doesn't really seem like a race to me, if he is going to do that? With the mod's you listed, at the track he "should" be deep into the 11's. Even with horrible driving I think he would be able to pull a mid 12. Unless the guy is just a horrible driver, doesn't launch at all, and misses 2 gears, your going to LOSE more than likely, but the name of the game is traction. |
