Click on user cp, just about the topics in the forum. There may also be a link in the "goto forum" field to user control panel.

Once you are there, click on edit profile. 1/2 way down the "edit profile" options list you'll see "Custom User Text." There will be a form box to the right and a check box right after it saying reset. All you have to do is type your new description into that box, and submit.
