i agree with the restrictive license
Not only does it keep some kids who their parents buy an immature teen a car from doing many things and restricting their driveing, in the long term it lowers their insureance! i just missed the start of a law like this in WA, i was 18 when it started over this last summer. i wouldn't have minded at all going through it. i dont really see the problem with new drivers haveing small restrictions when they first get their license.
