Default Got a Problem, HELP!!!

Hey guys, i have been in the process of moving so i have been without power since the 12th. While i had this downtime i put an ACT sensor on my 86 GT and also put on the K&N Filtercharger set up, if you remember my car was cutting out and acting up so i was told to replace the ACT,

I have put on new plugs, wires, coil, ACT sensor, K&N Filtercharger and my car when accelerating still at times feels like it hits a wall, i hit the gas and it accelerates but feels like it is blocked and then it clears up and i can feel it pick up speed.
What could this be? I am so frustrated now, a woman backed into my Stang at the local Wal-Mart she hit my rear drivers side, but my car was acting like this before that happened.

I have been thinking about purchasing a new computer for my car and the local Ford dealer says it will run me $215 or so and swap them out. I need some advice, my budget is next to nothing i am selling stuff just to get what i have. Could it be a bad computer?
