Default B&M Ripper vs. Kirban Kwik Shifter

I don't race, just want more precise shifting for my daily driver. I've narrowed it to the B&M Pro Ripper and the Kirban Kwik Shifter. Anyone have any experience with either? Ant input would be appreciated.
