New heads, rockers...results are at least good
Finally got my TrickFlow TW pocket ported heads and 1.7 TF rockers installed. Ran it around for a couple of hours to break things in before I romped on it. More torque at the bottom end and pulled hard to 6000 RPM. Pretty much as TrickFlow said.
Seat-of-the-pants says improvement, but not monumental. Wouldn't you know that my G-Tech is just now on the blink so I can't even do that comparison. My guess is a few tenths (.3?) improvement. will go to the track next Fri. for a definitive test. Right now I'm kinda glad to have that job done. Apparently my old 351W heads were pretty good, but the new TFTW Al. heads are definitely some better at least. Rev
