I still like 2000. It is a pretty darn stable platform. The only thing that freezes it are a few bugs in a beta version of a game I've got, and that only happens very rarely. I don't know about ME, but it's pretty much the same as 98, and I'm leary of XP. A friend is running it and likes it pretty well. I just don't want some program sending Microsoft a list of all my, uh...not pirated...legitimate...perfectly legally obtained programs...yeah .
