just wrap some rope thru the center of the coil, and around all the coils a few times. It wont fly out at ya then.
Lowering the a-arm completely out of the car to get the spring in/out is a good idea, BUT you gotta use softer springs. I couldnt get this to work with the 650# coils. Would lift the whole car, and not compress. Took it to my buddy at the dealership and paid him a few bucks to have it done.
