You don't get your money out of mod'd cars. And about the $13,000 in the guys car and he only got 12.60's out of it....bahahaha, must not have been performance parts, you could be running 9.90's for 13g's, unless your including the intial cost of the car and replacement parts he had to buy. $2000-3000 will get you low 12's- with the right parts. The guy is not trying to rip you off either, $5000 would be a good snag I would think if it was mint. I would say with the mod's you listed, you'd be in the mid-high 14's, I really wouldn't expect to bust off some 13's with those mod's, I'm not saying it can't be done by mr. pro driver on a freak day, it's just not the norm.
