Okay, let's make sure we understand each other. Does this car have a Winters quick change rear? the kind with a plate on the back, and two gears that go inside the plate? Look at the new pics of our car on my website Click here. Does the rear end look like that? If so, there should be two gears that pop in the back. One is bigger than the other. If they don't each have a number stamped into them, then count the teeth on each and let me know.
