I did the swap going by this and had no problems whatsoever.

I think it says you'll have to modify your AOD crossmember if you want to use it, but mine bolted right back in.

It's a very helpful link, and oh yah, make sure you get that wiring harness it talks about, otherwise your car wont start when you get it all done. I didnt think it was completely necessary and was gonna wait to find one, but when I did the swap it wouldnt start and I had to figure out which wires did what and had to end up making a jumper harness for it and it works fine now, (had to make connections for the backup lights too because i didnt have the harness)
