Post Car doesn't seem to transfer power to the wheels quick enough after letting offclutch

Just as the title says guys. I'm wondering if my clutch is toast. It only has about 20k miles on it, it probably didn't have a chance against my driving style. Or maybe the Clutch Quadrant needs to be replaced or? I have no idea. It only happens when I'm starting from a stop, when I downshift while rolling it engages perfectly. Maybe the tires are spinning and not squealing so I can't tell? Any opinions would be great.
