Hey Kell,
I don't know the price range you want to stay in, but I know a guy that has a 96 Cobra for $14,000. It has been garage kept and the miles are less than 5,000. It's not blue, but has a custom paint job. Kind of a purplish color that changes in the light. He is the head mechanic at a local Ford dealship so I'm sure the car is in excellent condition.
