I finally found the post. It was by Slo94 on the Corral:

Qoute: fuel line
Don't use stock fuel line! Run some big-daddy stuff and use a good pump! Make sure that baby's got plenty of volume.

BTW... I always like to do this on a carb convert...

Take out your driver seat and you'll find the fuel pump relay, ground the tan wire w/green stripe and it should put power to the fuel pump wires in the back of the car (with key on)even without the ECM in the car! Then you can hook up your pump and it's operated by the ignition switch still!!
