500hp & 550 ft.-lbs.???

ok, i was just wanting to know if this combo could make 500hp & 550ft.-lbs., so i thought id turn to the experts (this is where you come in). here is the combo of ALL the parts:

-stock shortblock with a dss main support system
-tfs t/w heads
-tfs street intake
-stock cam
-65mm t-body & egr
-incon twin turbo kit set at 10psi (kit includes 30lbers, 190lph pump, custom chip, intercooler, 80mm maf, turbo headers...)
-tfs 1.7rrs
-crane hi-6 & lx92 coil
-2.5" h-pipe
-2.5" cat-back (need some help deciding on a Quiet one)
-tfs hardened pishrods(not sure what leghth)
-termec tko tranny & 3.55 gears
-ssm liftbars & upper c-arms
-50/50s, 70/30s, eibach drag kit & frame connectors.

ok, thats all of it (i dont think i left anything out).
now, could i expect 500hp? should i be able to go 10sec 1/4?


any help on pushrod legnth & a quiet cat-back would be appreciated
