Question Scraping During turns

My 95 Gt is making a scraping noise during turns if i go to fast (more than 10 MPH) it does it on all 4 corners. I cant tell if its the tires scraping the wheel wells or the front air damn scraping. The front tires are 245/45/zr17 the rears are 275/40/zr17. The rims are american racing 200s and i think they are slightly wider that the stock rims. The front and rear sway bars are stock and nothing is broken. Does this sound like strut/shocks? I still have the factory strut tower bar on.
