It is some sort of air sensor device that is on your CAI. Its about 3 inches by 2 inches. A rectangle. I thought it was called your Mass air flow sensor or meter or whatever. Not sure, i could be wrong. When my friend i pulled it off the CAI, it was black on one side and clean on the other indicating it was really dirty.
As far as my friend is concerned. He does have a cobra intake and a windage tray as well as a failing t-5 and pep boy's version of the flow masters. He invested his money in pan hardening bars, torque arms, subrame connectors as well as a tubular k-frame and has 3.27 gears. His 12.8 pass was a 2.0 60 ft and at 107 mph. His dyno was 278 rwhp and 307torque As far as stock is converened though, what i meant was no juice, no porting. Stock pistons and heads. He has wrapped headers but a small leak. THe boy is a hell of a driver. He and his older brother have an 85 mustang with a 351 that they put together as kids. That thing is a beast but spends more time in the garage with the hood up then a camero does at the factory trying to get the windows fixed. |
