they are enforcing those rules so that they can keep all the 14+sec cars to 2 lanes and the other 4 lanes for demestics and the very few fast ricers. There are about 450-500 cars on the open track nights, and its getting out of hand. So they are trying to clean it up for the people who actually invest alot of money in their car into making it into a track car rather then having some ricer with 3k in body mods run a 17 1/4 mile.

So with that in mind, anybody with 13.9 and lower must have a helm, and any verts 13.9 and lower must have a roll cage.
