![]() I looked into the same thing a few months ago for my 2000 GT. I found a brand new Cobra 4.6L motor in an ad in Mustang and Ford Trader magazine for I THINK around $3,299. The only problem was is that they wanted your old 4.6 32 valve back for that price and guess what?, I don't have a 32 valve Cobra motor to give them back! Why not just put a 347 stroker in it? It's alot cheaper and I think it puts out more HP than the Cobra, but don't quote me.
