Actually, I'm about to do the same thing to my baby here is a few weeks. I'm just waiting for the parts to arrive.

As far as I know, you CAN replace them. Your front control arms should be the same as mine. I think "not servicable" means you don't have to grease them I've never greased any of my suspension parts before (except when I installed my rotors) because I have polyurathane all over the place. I don't have any squeeks or any signs of wearing.
