Well my shop is coming together, finally.
Been waiting on the weather to cooperate and dry out around here. I got the poles ( 7" drill stem and heavy as hell) put up several months ago and cemented in and then it started raining and could'nt get the cement trucks back to it. Me and 347 have been working our tails off doing all the work so far except the concrete finishing work (takes lots of experience). Got all the bracing up Monday and they showed up Tuesday morning to pour the slab. Man it sure looks bigger now that its poured. Gonna pull the boards off Monday and start towards getting the metal and perlins for the roof and walls. I just cant wait to start putting stangs and bikes inside for a change. Hopefull we can get it all done by August and then start on the dyno section of the shop. In my evil voice, "Its all going just as I have designed", wwwhaaaahaaaaaa. Should go and get my new project by the end of next month, 71 429SCJ, and it will have a beautifull home to share with the 91 and the 70. Damm I am excited! When its all finished Im gonna throw one heck of a party so get your dancing shoes ready and be ready to throw down. Well gotta go back to work so I can pay for all this ****. Later.. |
