Even the Black special 35th Aniv Ed GT's had the black out decals on them.

THey have the side scoops that became Standard on 2001 GT's, there the only 99's to have the hood scoops, they have a black HOney comb grille on the back, have leather interiors with Silver leather seating area, and door panels, a alinum shifter knob (Round, like the Bullits).

I know I'm probably forgetting a thing or two.
