Well my clock is around 188k miles, has an oil cooler, and never do i have to add oil, it stays full, the rear main leaks, like a drip a day, so its not a problem, think it fxed itself also my motor may have been rebuilt sometime in its day, but the 2 and a half years i owned it, it has seen at least 800 passes down the 1/4, and it does'nt burn any oil, I also tighten my valve covers like every month or so, and use only 10-30 havoline synthetic, for a while i was using 20w-50 racing oil, and it didnt burn any then either.
