Default Intake porting questions, simple?

I have a rotary zip tool, can i go buy some abrasive rolls to port my intake? (stock) i want a cheap few more ponies for some of these pesky GTP's with smaller pullies around?

if so, what tips do i buy?
i know i need one for aluminum material, im actually going to hone out the intake inlet for a 65mm match to a TB im fixing to install, and i want some gain out of the 200$ i spent on the Tb....thnx for any help.
