The JY setup is a build it yourself system. Find a couple of small turbos in a junkyard off of a turbocoupe T-bird for dirt cheap, find an intercooler off of a volvo of similar car and have all the piping fabricated. If you know someone that does any kind of fabriaction work, it can be real cheap, but if not, your still going to pay quite a bit to get it done. I personally would just rather save up and buy a complete kit that I know is going to make power from one of the companies. There are some guys making insane power from JY setups though, I guess I'm just lazy.
