I wasn't going to reply ,but I see where the thread is heading,so I will reply.The 2.8L NON Turbo makes 172 Hp. The wt is @2,800. So IF it had an aftermarket turbo , it would surely have other mods.So,with all that said.The car you described would be at least a 14.0 and could be a possible 13.0 Car. You never know.I am Not Bashing you,just making an observation.
